A TIP FOR RUBBING ANIMALS

While out in the back pasture checking on the big horses, two of them tried nipping at me when I was giving them rubs. They never do that. Then it dawned on me, the furry gloves I had on were giving them static shocks. Not only did I spot the sparks, I could even hear the bristling noise. No wonder they were annoyed. Took the gloves off and they were back to being themselves again.

This tip would apply to all animals.
